How to Bridge: Hip Strengthening Done Right!

Bridges are a common exercise, but they're often done incorrectly! The main function of a bridge is to strengthen your glute muscles, which are critical to walking, standing, working, and playing. Common mistakes I see when working with patients are the overuse of hamstring or back muscles, preventing the glutes from getting the activity they need to support the patient's life and movement goals.

Do a favor for your body and follow along with Dr. Alex as he teaches you how to do a bridge correctly and with intention!
